Bidrage med feedbackI was totally appalled with my visit at this location! 12 pm... Lunch time..end of the month..so it was fairly busy. The young lady that served me deserves a recognition 100%.. did everything she could to make my 25 minute wait for my order a pleasant one, however the lady in the back cooking, in my personal opinion needs to be fired! This lady was swearing like a trucker, slamming the orders of food on the counter! Freaked out because I ordered an 18 piece bucket.. she was eating while making up the food orders.. which I know is a health violation! She was so rude! How she spoke to the staffing definitely uncalled for!!The owner of this location needs to know what's going on! The group of colleagues that went in on this order,the bill was $65, were not impressed when I explained what happened and encourage me to do a review on the situation that I was a witness to!No matter what the situation is , no customer wants to see or hear what I saw today! To lady in the back cooking , you work in a fast food establishment.. this is your job! I personally feel you need to be fired! Another note, the team there were not wearing name tags.. otherwise I would of put the name of the person that was cooking in here!!
Awesome fresh food! Best thing is they are always busy but the staff is always greeting every guest with a smile! Special shout out to Preet! She is super friendly and cheerful. You can see that she is tired from taking order after order, but still she is smiling and making sure that every guest is served and insuring/confirming that they have received everything they have order. Wonderful staff! Great team!
Went there with 3 adult daughters. We ate in. By the time we left the restaurant myself and one daughter became extremely ill. Diarrhea, pain and eventually headache, fever, bloating and continual pain. In the ladies’ rest room the toilet did not work, the soap dispensers in both restrooms were empty. The cooling system on the pop machine did not work and the AC also did not work. Will never ever go there again!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GARBAGE LOCATION!Update: it's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten my money back. Do not order from here!I've ordered 3 times over 3 years because I stupidly keep trying thinking they've gotten better. They don't deliver the food. I waited over an hour before calling the 1-800 number this time to have it canceled, THEN they tell you you have to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back. What a joke, you took my money in 2 seconds but don't want to give it back that fast? ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY AND LOCATION! Save your family from starving and order from elsewhere. Mary Brown's is down the road and the service is way better.
Very slow location and the ice machine has been broken for three weeks straight. You would think that a franchise that sells thousands of fountain drinks a week would prioritize fixing the ice machine. But here we are a month later with warm drinks.
