Bidrage med feedbackBasics were not cooked right. Potatoes were too salty and gnocchi was soggy. We didn’t touch our food and the waitress asked if everything was ok and we told her the food was not edible. She rolled her eyes and walked off, didn’t even apologise. Was very rude.
Weak vegetarian options. Gnocchi looks like chicken liver and rosemary potatoes extremely salty. Manager totally unhelpful and just said OK with a roll of her eyes and no apology. Certainly won 't be returning!
If you really want to taste real Italian food and not being constrained to a “carbonara” or an “arrabbiata”, you should try this place. The food is typical of northern Tuscany which is meticulously prepared by a cook who previously worked in the Enoteca Pinchiorri brigade in Florence (3 Michelin stars) .The restaurant owner is a fantastic entertainer, very affable, gifted with an incredible savoir faire with clients. The service might be a little bit quicker, however I always experience great nights here.
Good food, terrible service. Rude, unhelpful, unwelcoming, just generally unpleasant. Staff looked completely overworked.
I’m really disappointed by this restaurant. The food was not very good and the way how me and my friends were treated was absolutely unacceptable.
