iddu - London

I was let down this time, as I have been in the past. I had a nice meal before, but this time we ordered the £14 salad, which was very small (starter size) and had no salad leaves. We were also charged an extra £2.50 for a small bowl of rocket. The waitress seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The lighting in the restaurant was also very dim.

Service was excellent .efficient with no pressure on time to choose food which was very tasty

This is a lovely restaurant with friendly staff, however, they delivered the incorrect food and wine. It's a great spot to enjoy with a friend.

I do not know where to start really. The service in this place is appalling. You will wait for hours to get your food. And even the bread basket takes 20 minutes. Possibly more if we would ask 2 waiters in a row. It was not busy when we were there but this did not speed up the service at all. 1h wait for food, wrong food delivered. One of the waiters looked very hangover and not really bothered. The food is ok-ish but I would say you can get much better for your money in this area. And this is not my first visit, last one was as poorly managed as this one. So it is definitely not a coincidence and if I were the owner I would seriously consider changing all the waiting stuff. How can it be that 4-5 tables and 4 people working on the floor and such a chaos with service.. I will never enter that place again.

We made a reservation for 4 people at 9:30 pm through OpenTable. Upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant had no record of our reservation and that the kitchen was closed. They only offered us coffee or dessert. This was disappointing both on the part of the restaurant and OpenTable. When attempting to rebook a table through OpenTable at a nearby location, we noticed that another table was still available at the same restaurant, Iddu, for 10:00 pm, even though the kitchen was closed as mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the booking through the application and could not book anything else. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
