Great tasting burger and shakes were fantastic. Staff were professional and helpful. Cleanliness was very good.

I was craving sweet potato fries and GBK is one of the few places that do it. Tuesday evening busy, but there were still tables available. Nice atmosphere. I was surprised at how friendly and nice the staff were. Efficient. Despite there just being two of them at the front, very good. As you can guess, burgers are the star of the show. Good choice for those who follow a vegan diet too. I am watching my pennies so went with the cheap option of the classic vegan burger which consisted of a handmade pan-fried bean patty, vegan mayo, relish and salad. I had sweet potato fries with it. I didn't have a drink. They charge for house sauces (big selection) so I opted for the free ketchup! I can't complain, freshly made and well presented. Delicious and satisfying. I happily polished off everything as did fellow diners near me! So good. I made a right mess eating it. I was on my own so it was fine. The patty was nice and very filling. The burger didn't feel greasy. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Located in The Brunswick Centre. It wasn't too pricey as I only had the burger and fries but it can add up if you have drinks and other sides. My small negative was cleanliness. Staff were cleaning and making an effort to wipe tables after guests left but it would be nice if they actually wiped properly and sweep the floors too. The floors were dirty as were some of the seats. Would recommend otherwise. Solo friendly.

During our trip to London, we stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant with incredible staff who were polite, friendly, and helpful. We ordered American-style cheeseburgers, onion rings, and milkshakes, which were all delicious. We wish there was a branch closer to us in Scotland.

The restaurant has a very accommodating and friendly staff that served delicious meals. Although a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. I will definitely be returning.

Where do we start ? Our whole experience was awful and that 's half an understatement. When we walked in, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be noticed by the waiters (who were staring at us the entire time). Then one of them told us to take a seat at one of the tables (still filled with trash, plates and everything from the last customers). We received the menu and that was it. After more than 20 minutes, our table still hadn 't been cleaned, and no sign of a waiter. One of us caught someone from staff to ask to get our table cleaned. His sole reaction was to look down on us and get angry because we were seated. After another 5 to 10 minutes he finally decided to clean our table by putting everything on the table behind us.... It took him 5 trips to have it done ! The table was meant for 2.... Half an hour later, our order still hadn 't been taken. We were more than tired of waiting to be ignored so we decided to leave. The funniest was to get told thank you when we left, when they purposefully chose to ignore us while we were there!
