Food was fantastic, Chiara was a great waitress. Only issue was that the discount code I quoted before being seated was not taken off the original receipt, so I asked for this to be removed and it was. Will happily return in the future

Value let's this place down. I would not recommend. Food is good but not nearly warranting the price. You're playing for the atmosphere here. Food was mediocre overall. Steak was tasty and cooked well but pork dish was overcooked. Beef enpanadas were very medicore, pastry being too hard, filling a little too spicy. Side dishes were lovely broccoli and chips cooked to perfection. Service was great, although the hostesses seemed overworked, confused and a bit slow. Waiter was great. Would have been happy spending £50pp but ended up spending £70pp. Would recommend if you have money to waste, although better alternatives exist at this price point

Asked for steak medium-well, came burnt and over cooked. Chips were burnt and overdone also. Service was slow, and manager said would rectify it but not much was done. Been to many other of the Gauchos chains and this was by far the worst experience we had and a terrible way to spend New Years Eve.

Really lovely food, very expensive for what it is and service was quite slow but would recommend for steak lovers.
