I had a very good customer experience since the start where I received a warm welcome in the reception. The environment is very cozy and Italian wise. I’ve experienced a very relaxing music in the background, as Italian artists like Laura Pausini. My friend and I ordered a well sized portion of garlic break and 1 carbonara each, the pasta was very juicy and flavourful. In short, I really recommend this restaurant, I’ll probably become a frequent customer!

I was really disappointed with my experience. When I arrived at the restaurant, I had to go to the door only to find out that it was closed for a private event. Before that, I had received a message saying our reservation was canceled. The staff member who informed us was not apologetic at all and seemed annoyed that I had even bothered him. It was a special occasion, and this was not the experience I was hoping for.

The service was very slow. After waiting for 2.5 hours, our order still hadn't arrived. It seemed like the restaurant was focused on preparing pizzas and forgot about their seated customers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!
