Mcdonald's - Lombard

It is therefore 2 weeks ago, since I tried to get eat in the restaurant, its always lock it is only running gear I stopped by having to window cuz I got a tank car and the dame told me that they did not serve to go people who sleep in the chair ridiculously

Completely incompetent! Nine times out of 10 I have to go check every order to make sure that they didn't forget something and now the icing on the cake I go there today at 9: 59pm and they tell me they're closed at 10:00 p.m. and can't take any more orders while I have my daughter sitting here in the seat next to me pretty unbelievable actually

The Manager was very kind when we ask to switch one of the happy metal toys for our daughter. He came out to the parking lot after finding the toy our 5 year old wanted. He did not need to do that but made our day, no for the toy, but for the kindness. Thank you!

If I could give them a zero, that wouldn 't be low enough. After waiting in line for 10 minutes in the drive-thru, ee were told that only fries, drinks desserts were being served ..... WHAT???? If they couldn 't serve menu items, why stay open?

Was blown away with the positivity and effortless smiles I was greeted with. The food was fresh and orange juice fresh! Thank you!!
