Bidrage med feedbackEating was in order, but service was incredibly slow. we came when the restaurant was full about the half and had to wait 1 hour for our food. they forgot to eat my man and we asked ourselves to take it. they did it, but we would have preferred to have all eaten together.
I feel bad reviewing restaurants right now, because all restaurants are understaffed. This one however had a particularly inexperienced and light staff. We waited an hour to get our food after sitting down and it wasn't even that busy. They didn't know how to do poached eggs. Our waitress was super nice though!
Went in to use some PanCoins for some free pancakes, also decided to buy a happy hour item. Tab was brought out, everything was full price, no free pancakes and no discount for happy hour. As I was finishing my food, I found a big chunk of MOLD in my bread. Employee couldn't fix pricing because there was not a manager in sight. I left as I had to work, with my wife waiting to have the situation fixed. She ended up paying the happy hour price for the meal (which had the moldy bread, so it should have been free or further discounted). Overall we waited 40 minutes between ordering, waiting for food and waiting for the tab situation to be fixed. Not coming back to this location.
The hostess seated people table to table as they came in, rather than spreading people out. They seated a couple that smelled awful in the center of everyone. Two other tables actually asked to be moved. The service was slow, but that's to be expected right now in the midst of the labor shortage. And I was very disappointed in my ham steaks. They were literally the size of my fork tines.
The food was great, apart from the crepps everything else was perfect. server was so wonderful and helpful. the place was usually clean. I noticed that the entrance at the front needed a good slip and a mopp. except that it was a really good experience.
