They Refuse to accept Coupons sent to ALL LOCKHART Mailboxes !

Stopped here for sandwiches on our way to the Circuit of America track. Sandwiches were delicious and generous. And the manager and staff were friendly and professional. Felt like we were in a family-owned shop instead a franchise/chain store. Definitely will be recommending it to all my friends and family in the areaLupe, you are an all-star. Thank you for all your local recommendations and making us feel like family.

Really disappointed, I ordered my sandwich online. I ordered honey mustard had a ruse awakening when I bit into it it was plain mustard!!!! YUK YUK YUK!!! I had ordered picked up this sandwich at the end of the evening...so that just tells me everything! I was not a priority, closing getting out of there was obviously the only thing in their mind. I mean how else do you screw up on online order....it is written out for you!!!

Andrew is extremely kind!!! There was another young man there on 03/29/24 very nice also!!! Enjoyed my experience!!!! I can definitely tell they try to keep their customers happy!

The kid working tonight is a great employee. (1-14-24) Seemed to be closing the store down himself as well as being new. The lady in front of me was extremely picky and over the top. Asking for more or less of every topping as well as asking for stuff on the side and toasting more and less etc. The whole time the employee remained very patient, polite, and understanding. Made my sandwich perfect! Great job, definitely coming back.
