Mythical Cacio and Pepe made with the Spaghettoni Mancini and Pecorino Riserva del Fondatore Caseificio il Fiorino. A range of premium Franci, Cutrera, Viola, Titone De Carlo, Tre Colonne and the fantastic Mate oil served on ice cream at youguth. Impeccable service
We stopped for an informal and fast dinner before returning home: appetizer with Prosciutto dolce (sugar) and pecorino; cacio and pepper with homemade pasta Mancini, a lasagna with an exceptional ragù, and to finish a yogurt with over orange oil (a real delicacy)...... the quality of the products and preparations are from high-level cuisine
