A quick coffee. immediately we were told that we were wearing a mask. we both took out medical and after this was explained, the girl remained very rude and still told us to get a mask. we went down the street and spent $30 plus drinking money. we are voting with our dollars. it's a shame they've got coffee.
As a local is nook our visit to the coffee shop. the breakfast croissant w/ cheese curds is amazing and a clip for us. the fact that we can pick up the provisions on the coffee is just to bump on the cake and the personal is always great.
I live in walking distance to this coffee shop (and earlier European cheese shop). I would like to enjoy it so badly, but may not recommend because of bad experiences of the owners has left several offensive review responses (e.g. justin s. below). like a few other critics here I don't want to support this kind of behavior. if restaurant industry people leave all similar negative feedback, can be helpful to. I don't know. do they use this info? help their employees? I can't understand why a owner would leave such petty, Cringe-reactions. if it hadn't been, I would have given this restaurant 3/5 menu is almost never updated or items have been on stock for 2 years, the screws over employees customers. I cannot understand why with a TV menu that is traditionally easier to update vs. menus. large inconsistencies with food preparation that make it hard to see everyone worth. I ordered a week a grilled cheese, then order it again, so literally the half of the size missing key ingredients. I went back to show “there is no speck on this $7-8 stale bagel?” and were met with a sknotty attitude “well, we are from bacon”. warn customers in advance or it is a legitimate demolition. last week we ordered 4 food/lemonade elements from the menu, each item was not available with the day. this is common and seems unfair to the coworkers redeeming quality: great location, fantastic coffee creative recipes. the cheeses are really wonderful. I think it would be a great advantage if you can use recipes with photos for line cookers or baristas for consistency poor service. we have ordered from the app and displayed up to items that are not ready. I was completely forgotten for 15-20 minutes and had to reorder several times. a few of these times the staff was upset with us and other customers because we just want food for which we paid. when we were polite, we asked for mgmt. have not given any information. after reading review reply I am glad that I did not find out what manager leaves these petty Google responses. Perhaps this is the reason why the employees seem so unhelpful when mistakes are often made not too much, agitator, etc. for coffee making. please tell the customers in advance, coffee order the prices are still very high (also for inflation/destruction) for moderate service and inconsistent, average food. so much so, this caffe really on a negative way under born after bake, dirt coffee, in tee and a few other nearby caffes with beautiful mgmt higher quality items for a lower cost.
I wanted to like this place. Coffee was pretty good. But what took me back was the owners response to Susan Boone's Google review below. Berating customers like that, because they left a review you have had a reaction to--that's not a business I will or would support.
