Worse customer service ever. I pulled up to the drive through and I couldn’t even get my order out and my request made because the older woman kept talking over me. When I got to the drive through I tried to make the request she told me to pull up and she slammed the window in my face. There was no cheese on my sandwich and I couldn’t even ask for hot sauce or ketchup. I used to love coming here when I visited home. I will NEVER be back as long as service is that way and that old bat is there!

The Mangers are extremely rude and disrespectful. We placed our order via the drive thru. When we got to the window she was mad about something and she was very mean and regressive with us.

Have you pulling up to make they time look good but want you pick up on their deals waiting 20 mins. Try again 3 months from now.

The seafood deluxe was half done stuffed crab the batter dipped fish was wet on inside no crunchy crispy pieces which was my favorite my husband 3 pieces with hush puppies awful they were greasy no chips the light skinned manager was rude

I don’t know who she is, but there’s definitely some lady who’s always yelling and rushing people. It’s crazy how many people are saying the same thing. How hard can it be?
