The Blue Fox - Lithgow

Great option for the range. The Green Fox bowl was surprisingly extremely delicious. I am usually not an order of the salad person, but it was so full of taste and quite different from many other salad type foods I tried before. The edamame beans were perfect! Really enjoyed my meal and would definitely eat here again. I wish there were more options.

Clearly tagged 'pink fox ' vegan burger and beautiful vegan smoothie options. Also various milk for coffee. More of a fast food style burger, instead of everything gourmet. Was 't able to try the more Restaurant Style Blue Fox next door is the Fast Fox of the Takeaway shop, but offers Dine in.

First, the service was amazing! The staff couldn't blame. Very acommodating and checked with the cook over vegan options. Even if they were busy, I didn't feel like a pain. However, the options for vegans and vegetarians were very limited. You don't have a separate vegetarian menu and you can't veganize a burger (I'm pretty sure they didn't even make burgers, but I didn't see through the menu that is exactly to be honest). For vegetarians you can order a gnocchi. There was also an aubergine palmi, but it was not available when I went there. For vegans there was the only possibility of green fox shell. That was very delicious! They could also eat three entrees vegans, onion rings with aioli, chips with aioli and potato skins with aioli. The waitress informed me that her aioli is vegan, which is great! Unless you have a Hankering for a delicious green salad bowl, it is probably not worth going here. They also make delicious cocktails!

For vegetarians, the options included gnocchi and an eggplant parmi, which unfortunately wasn't available during my visit. As for vegans, the only option was the Green Fox Bowl, which was quite tasty! Additionally, there were three appetizers suitable for vegans: onion rings with aioli, chips with aioli, and potato skins topped with aioli. I was pleased to learn from the waitress that their aioli is indeed vegan-friendly! Unless you’re specifically craving a delicious green salad bowl, I’d say this place might not be worth the visit for vegans. On the bright side, they do have some delicious cocktails as well!
