The Pizza Co. - Lisburn

I was extremely impressed with Pizza Co on Stewartstown Road today. I placed an order online and it was ready for me to pick up just 15 minutes later, hot and fresh. The pizza, especially the Works pizza, was absolutely delicious. The staff member working at the time was very friendly. I couldn't find any faults and will definitely be ordering again.

I called for a delivery and waited for an hour. I called back after one hour, only to be informed that it had already left. Another hour passed and it still hadn't arrived, and no one was answering the phone. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and it will definitely be my last. The manager needs to address this issue immediately, as it is clear that the staff are not fulfilling their duties.

Do not order from this restaurant. The customer service is terrible and I will never order from here again. I advise others to avoid it as well.

DO NOT GO HERE We ordered online for delivery at 1:30 we had to be up early the delivery said 2:05-2:35 so we ordered and said we will get enough sleep I’m currently writing this at 3:40 we have rang at least 10 times for no one to pick up the phone no order has arrived yet and I paid through card on Uber eats so the payment is gone through and I have no way to get a refund when my phone calls are being ignored. SO I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT unless your planning on getting disappointed and hungry.

Worst service. Worst manager. Food never arrived. Pathetic behaviour. Shouted at the phone. Never eat there
