Dunkin' - Lindenhurst

Absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they prove to me over and over again how awful they truly are. Awful Customer Service and Awful Food. I go here before work because its super close to my home and they have a drive through which makes things a bit easier for me. However i will NO LONGER be attending this place. I went there this morning and ordered a caramel macchiato instead I received a disgusting iced coffee with iced filled to the brim. They gave me the wrong order because i guess no one there can work and serve the right ordered items accordingly. There has been times where i have gone there and asked for “light ice” and what they give me is a drink that looks like i have taken 6 sips out of it already. Its very frustrating because their drinks are so expensive as it is. Today 11/06/2023 i was charged the full price of a macchiato but gave the most basic nastiest drink. So done. Lastly, i called 10x (not exaggerating) to let them know and the phone rings and rings forever. I just have one question WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE??????
