Store closes by 10 clock it is 7:55 all doors closed and locked. the hired look at us and ignore us. no answer. the hell with them.

Just ordered food from there an hour ago they didn't put lettuce in our salad and all the food was cold place an order online and picked it up 10 minutes later I don't understand how you can leave lettuce out of a salad. I don't think I've been more disappointed with an online order in my entire life. Will not be returning to this location in the future

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this location constantly makes mistakes with online orders. I like chipotle in general, but if you have to order from this location, I suggest you order on the spot.

The one on lake cook and Weiland is much better than this location

The burrito is the size of a golfball. The burrito bowls I received were laughably empty. The staff is clearly lazy and does not want to refill the bins of food on the line. This is not the first time this has happened as I work in the area and frequently order from here. I will no longer be ordering from this chipotle. Quality of food is fine. Paying 15 dollars for a burrito smaller than a baked potato is not. This location is notorious for skimping out on the amount of food the customers are paying for, this is just wrong that this issue isn’t addressed.
