Bidrage med feedbackI've never had a good experience here. Last summer I came in for a frozen Fanta. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for it. A guy came in 10 minutes after me, they gave him his food after 20 minutes and gave him a free pie for the long wait. So I walk up to the counter to ask, and wasn't able to get anyone's attention for about 7 more minutes. I didn't get anything extra either, even though the other guy did for waiting half as long as me. I hate to complain about fast food, but that was ridiculous.In March I went in for a Shamrock shake. The kiosk didn't give me a recipt. After 10 minutes of standing there, an employee yells about the shake machine being broken. 7 more minutes for a refund.This place always wastes my time.
Every time I come here they ask me to pull to “reserved” spot. Listen if you are really that worried about your drive thru times get people their food faster. Three cars in front of me and two behind, this is not Sonic.Bonus my chicken bacon Cajun ranch, was neither bacon-Cajun or ranch. But did manage to get the chicken right.
I ordered curbside and was made to go inside for my food, they were rude and disrespectful. Curbside I should not of had to go in and get my food
Waited for 15 minutes while 4 people behind me with bigger orders got their food and I didn’t get and bun with my McGriddle and how hard is it to give a customer a straw with their ice coffee it
Apparently, all the Lima, Ohio locations are using the pricing model that allows the prices on the same products to change throughout the day. Prices charged do not match the prices on the menu board in the drive thru. Very disappointed.
