Mcdonald's - Lexington

I have been going to McDonald's since 1975, and this one has to be the WORST ONE EVER. After waiting 15 or more minutes for our food. The only thing correct with the order was the COLD fries . Had to replace both sandwiches on top of having to remind them we also ordered a drink. But the flies were good company. If you're starving, go across the street to the no-name store. Let 's all stand around and talk about our lives instead of helping customers. Who have been waiting for quite some time. When I stated could you maybe help your customers instead of standing around talking. An off the clock manager responded with excuse me! Customer service is ALWAYS lacking in this location and if my kids weren 't so excited to get mcdonalds I would never return. I suppose you 're only as good as your leadership and today management was winning NOT.
