Subway - Lexington Park

Very Rude Employees I asked the young man to wash his hands after he Scratched his arm and the young lady had a very bad attitude because of that.she wanted to charge me extra for something that I shouldn't have been charged for. I won't be goingback to this location to eat ever again.

Subway USE to be the best. But they couldn't care less about customers. Everytime we walk in this place we get treated like we are nothing but a bother. Employees look annoyed and are just plain rude. We got so sick of the nasty attitudes so we don't evengo near this place anymore. Subway is the absolute worst. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless you enjoy being treatedlike a doormat. They don't even deserve one star.

I was there on Monday tried calling on my 30 minute drive like 7 times left message like the recording stated. When I got there young lady stated they were to busy to answer phone and No they do not check for orders. She was very rude and unprofessional.Hopefully the owner manager will address these issues.

They gave us a cold sub that should 've been toasted. At first it was in a bowl. Then it wasn 't toasted. Then they toasted it but the bread was soft and cold along with the insides. The people working didn 't even care and were not happy when I called andasked for a manager. I was told I had to cancel online and could do it no other way. There was no management present in thestore to aid the helpless employees. You can 't cancel your order online. So now i have to wait until a manager is working to getmy money back.
