Martinez Avarrotes Grill - Lewisville

Just wow!!! I love steak and eggs. Hubby wolfed his Fajitas and both children have excited about how amazing their spicy shrimps were. This hot sauce for the chips-oh mine! My favorite was the medium hot green stuff. Just amazing.

This is the hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the area. Nobody's coming closer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At least one of the owners (I'm not sure, but he seems like the owner) is visibly involved and friendly. This place is great whether you enjoy authentic Mexican or Tex sex options. I tried some of the competing restaurants in Flower Mound and Lewisville, but Martinez is the most beautiful and consistent. This is my way to take friends (especially those from the state).

This place is the best! Great authentic food like my mother does, you can't find it in most Mexican restaurants! For all my spicy dear people, you must try their red salsa, you will cry in minutes! My favourite items are steak and eggs, California Fries and Camarones a la diabla. Not only eating amazing quality, the staff is just as great. You're treated like a family when you go in and get out! 5 stars!!!

Update we went again this week and were again super pleased with the food and service! One of the owners was there at the counter greeting folks as they came in. When we got there I mentioned I had to look at my review and he said Oh, was that you that left one about 2 months ago? . We talked a little about that and then he suggested two new dishes for us. We had the Enchiladas Potosinas and fish plate. We, again, were not disappointed!! Great flavors and incredibly fresh. This spot can be super busy, but well worth the trip. Such amazing food and incredibly nice people. Thank you again!! We were looking for a new spot for Mexican food, so we tried Martinez Grill Taqueria. Wow, are we glad we did! Food was delicious and everyone working there was so nice! We had the chimichanga, fried fish tacos, monterrey chicken, and churros. Everything tasted super fresh, and flavor profiles were spot on. We loved the red salsa so much that we took a Pint home. Even the queso was great. Only the rice was a little crunchy but easily forgotten, considering everything else was amazing!

Great tasting food and good service, definitely going back to eat some good Mexican food!
