Wonderful pepper shooters, long hots, and cannolis!

Ordered from here last week when I was in town for training. They forgot to give me half of my order (Deli item and cookies) and when I noticed it back at my hotel room (it was a few min from their closing time) I called them and they were going to be closed the next day, so I couldn't stop by then to get the items. When I asked the lady if she could bring them to me at the hotel which is just a few blocks away, she hemmed and hawed and wouldn't bring. Finally, I had to suggest she refund me which they eventually did. I'd rather have had the cookies and locatelli cheese though, as their cookies are absolutely delicious, having had them last year when my training class ordered from this restaurant for lunch then. As for my food order, the chicken parm was very good except the basically unuseable plasticware they give you is so flimsy that it's about impossible to cut the chicken. The garlic cheese bread was bland and uninspired. For the premium this restaurant charges, they surely need to upgrade their take out game.
