Heirloom - Lewes

Love always heirloom. it is not disappointed. very friendly place without being too familiar. great eating and a good wine card. meghan, the owner, tells us that they have just changed their menu for the season. so it is certainly worth a visit at the moment.

If they enjoy a good manhattan, they don't order here. ours were disgusting. the table next to us thought they were cosmos. when we told our server that she was terrible, she laughed in our face. the bark tar and the otopus appetizer were only in order. the fuke was very good. the overall experience was not what we had hoped for.

This was our first visit to Heirloom for our anniversary. We were welcomed at the door; the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. We will come again and bring friends. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner a nice experience!

Everything we ordered was excellent from the carburized octopus appetizer to the teres major steak and the new jersey fluke. the personal was friendly, efficient and helpful. warm, domestic atmosphere. I would recommend heirloom definitiw to a friend!
