Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I decided a quick meal before a meeting. We ordered an 8 Village Inn Special and two 1 Trip Salad bars with 2 drinks. $19 and change for the right amount of food for both of us. We'll be back. Pizza was hot and tasty and the salad bar never leaves to deliver.
Came for a pizza job that was very good. I saw the pizza bar, but I didn't want it. Didn't try the salad bar here. Parking was plentiful and service was prompt. I come back occasionally. Price is fine if you do not load toppings, otherwise it could be too expensive. Love the dome theme and the huge open ceiling too.
Wonderful place to eat. We had ask for 2 different pizzas and they were great. The whole team was very polite and friendly. Wonderful buffet and good salad bar, freshly kept full.
I've eaten here since I was a kid and always loved it. Today was the worst experience I've ever had. The floors and seats were DISGUSTING. Someone spilled a salad on the floor and it sat there the entire time. Even after the bus boy walked by it twice. The booth seats and just everywhere had food on it. There were kids at the salad bar even though there's a sign saying no one under 12. The salad bar items were not being rotated just topped off every 2 minutes so the food on the bottom could go bad. And this is all during a break between lunch and dinner rush. I've never seen it this bad.
My family went to Village Inn on a weeknight and found them quite busy. Since the pandemic we have been wary of buffets, so we passed on the all you can eat pizza in favor of just the salad bar and ordered a “Chicago style” pepperoni pizza instead. The salad bar was well stocked and clean I enjoyed mine. The pizza, however, was another story. The crust appeared to be store bought, and was barely thicker than their thin crust pizzas on the buffet. It had maybe 7 pepperonis on it, and worst of all the cheese had a funky, somewhat sour aftertaste. Maybe the buffet pizzas are their bread and butter and where they shine, but what I was served doesn’t justify ever going back again. In my opinion, any of the major pizza chains in Lenoir serves better fare than Village Inn.
