The Bee's Cafe - Lemon Hill

The savory food was good, I didn't try the pancakes/waffles. Potatoes were excellent. What was strange was only one of us got our order and the woman cashier/host told us that they would have to refund us because the chef became frustrated and did not want to cook anymore. That was the weirdest experience I had in a restaurant. That's a shame because the food is good. If they can't find good workers, then it's impossible to run a successful business. I felt sorry for the chef, but I felt bad for my party as we waited for almost 45 mins just for us to be told we weren't going to eat. Take your chances when you go here or call beforehand to see if they are even open.

Amazing and beautiful food! I'll definitely be back. Everything was incredibly flavorful. Best part is that everything is organic! I had the veggie omelette without cheese and a side of fruit salad. The fruit was a mix of the most delicious berries with fresh flowers on top. It was like a work of art. The omelette was so yummy with a smoked pepper salsa that was very flavorful but mild in spice. It came with sourdough bread and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes had a ton of fresh garlic on them and were perfectly crispy. It was a strong garlic taste but not too much if you love garlic like me. They have mostly indoor seating and a couple of small tables out front. They also have Bee'Mosas with sparkling wine and different fruits such as mango or guava. I want to try the Ube pancakes next time! They are made with purple yams and coconut milk so if you order them without the topping they are dairy free. You can also get wildflower honey to put on top of your waffles or pancakes. The in their name is to show that they also do catering, special events and private dinners! Highly recommend! Service is super friendly too.

This place has potential but not enough staff. There was only 2 people running the place, which is the chef whos cooking and his wife who is taking the orders and dealing with customers. Given that, we waited roughly 45+ mins for our food. Food was presented nicely and was good but not great also price point I felt was a bit overpriced. They were def overwhelmed because they turned away 2 customers and pretty much closed it before closing time. If you do plan on trying this place bring your patience with you. I really do hope they get more help so that this place can stay open and operate smoothly

We love this place!!! It's wonderful for a special breakfast out! We have loved everything we've gotten! The ube pancakes were to die for! Great serving size and presentation was drop dead gorgeous. The French toast casserole is a little on the small size given the price, but it is absolutely delicious and filling. The whipped cream is especially good. My 12 year old literally drinks up the syrup after leaving nothing behind. The Chorizo Bee'Nedicts were also soooo good. The combination of the chorizo with cornbread (instead of the traditional biscuits) was some of the best I've had. Their potatoes too are just perfectly cooked, so tender and flavorful. I really can't say anything negative about the food. The location isn't the fanciest, but the food is well worth the effort!

Very nice place. Food was really good and the atmosphere was enjoyable.Would come again for sure.
