Bidrage med feedbackMy friend and I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere was good, and I enjoyed the older music they were playing. The waitress was friendly, and we had no issues with her. I was looking at the ravioli, and I asked if they made it in-house. She said no, but the sauce was homemade. I decided on the baked spaghetti with marinara, and my friend got baked spaghetti with meat sauce. We got our side salad first. It was decent. Not much on it, but it was ok. Then our pasta came out along with the garlic knots. The rolls were strangely dense, and I was done after my first bite. Then we tried our pasta. My friend had this look on her face, and she asked what I thought. Not very good, I said. It's edible, nothing more. She said she thought it tasted like they were trying to pass off Campbell's tomato soup as their homemade sauce. There was pretty much no seasoning in the sauce, but luckily there were condiments on the table. I added their garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and basil flakes, and it was a little better. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the $3.50 price for a soft drink, which is a little higher than most, but this is with NO free refills! If you want a refill, it costs a dollar. Who in this day and age doesn't give drink refills? Nowhere that I frequent. So unfortunately, I will not be back.
Ordered a large cheese pizza, Geek salad and sausage pepper and onion sub tonight Pizza was very good though I would not order thin crust again-not much substance to the crust. My bad as that is what ordered. Greek salad was very good. Now to the BAD news, the sausage sub was AWFUL. Have eaten and made this sub a million times and never had one like this. The sausage is chopped up into little pieces verses a split or whole sausage, the peppers we nonexistent, there was a scant number of onions and what was on the sandwich was burnt. Mind you I very clearly asked if there would be a lot of veggies and I was assured there would be. The only positive thing my husband said is that the bread was good--a real flop! Will be back and would recommend their pizza and salad-definitely not the sausage sub! Owners are lovely, restaurant is clean, and atmosphere is very nice.

Got a pepperoni pizza that wasn't very good very tough dough not crisp at all, sloppy made not many pepperoni and just bland, got the meatballs also bland not sure if I believe homemade but oh well they were 4 bucks! And got the Shrimp Alfredo which had only 6 shrimp for like 17.50 so yeah not too impressed and had high hopes saying it's from New York but I think Brooklyn would be mad at this pizza and bland food! The ladies inside were nice though and the place was clean!
