Woks It 2 U - Leander

Last Saturday for lunch we visited this restaurant. My husband has got take out from this place but we have never been inside. We decided to try this time.Even though it’s small they have enough seating available and it was not over crowded. I loved the decor and vibe. We ordered egg rolls and for mains I ordered the hot and spicy tofu. My husband ordered the general tsos chicken. It was really good. The food was not oily and salty at all. It tasted fresh and made to order. The tofu was really good. My husband said chicken meat was good quality. They also give generous portion size.We will definitely keep coming back again.

I ordered for curb side thinking it would be a quick grab and go so I could get back to work. Not a chance. My pick up time was 3:25pm, I got there around 3:20, texted the number on the sign with my name and spot number and waited. I gave them some time as I was early, however I ended up texting again at 3:35 just in case. At 3:40 I gave up and went inside to find the two workers sitting and chatting in a booth. Neither greeted me and only one got up when I finally stood at the counter and looked them.As for food, my garlic chicken barely had any chicken in it, it was more like garlic sauce with bamboo shoots, and there was barely any rice for the amount I paid for.

I’m so happy to see takeaway Chinese food of this quality at this price point everything was great, served in actual dishes, and competitively priced IMO. The staff were lovely and attentive and I can’t believe the value to cost ratio provided.The tea was high quality, the sodas are high quality, the staff were wonderful. 11/10 will come back.

Had 2 dinner meals to go. Food was excellent. Most of the local places have sauce that is too runny. Woksit2u's sauce was perfectly done. Enough to cover all the ingredients but not too runny that it got all over the place. Well done! The flavor was spot on as well. Just the right amount of spice and good quantity of all
