L'Auberge Alsacienne - Le Lude

The Logis hotel network is known for its housekeeping. We were on a Monday evening when meals are prepared by the manager. Patrick prepared a wonderful dinner based on local products and wine just great.

We were looking for dinner on Monday evening at the end of May and almost everything in Le Lude was closed. This restaurant offers a unique, no choice 20Euro menu. With essentially no option we gave it a try and it was 't bad at all....Salad Paysanne, followed by Salmon over rice and ice cream dessert. It was delicious and beautifully presented. Dinner for 3 adults with wine and mineral water came to $106. Very good overall.

We ate here twice. The decor needs a bit of updating, but the food, while relatively easy is well prepared, tasty and cheap. Definitely worth a visit.
