While I was determined to buy it without taste, Candice contacted me by email to offer me an alternative to almond biscuit. Very professional, listening and very sensitive to emails, I thank him again! It is rare to find a place where professionals take the time to think of a solution to my allergies, so I am delighted to have discovered this patisserie. I had the chance to do a pastry shop with the chief. We made a custom creation. The chief is very pedagogue and he is a great amateur. He makes us enter his universe! I had a good time and enjoyed myself. I recommend 100%!!! Thank you for everything!
