Bajio Mexican Grill - Layton

I love Bajio and especially this place. They always have great, fresh, high quality ingredients (including my favorite wheat tortillas, and are happy to prepare my food exactly as I want it. They are fast and super friendly. The place is clean and beautiful. Definitely recommended!

We got recommended to go to Bajio Mexican Grill from a close friend. I had never been and was curious, and I was so happy we went! Gustavo greeted us right as we walked in, and was a very kind person. Selena checked us out and was very professional and a very bubbly person. I ordered the special for Tuesday which was a chicken quesadilla. I fell in love with the first bite! I really recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great tasting Mexican food!

Definitely good Mexican food! My family comes here fairly often. I wouldn't recommending calling in an order though. I've had them messed up more than once. Just show up and take your food to-go. It's much simpler.

I absolutely love Bajio's salads. I've been getting the lime chicken for years. The food is delicious. My only complaint is that the prices are a little high for what you get. You get the same amount of food as you would at Cafe Rio or Costa Vida, but its several dollars more expensive at Bajio, which is why I don't visit as often.

Bajio is seriously AMAZING! It is 10x better than Cafe Rio and Costa Vida, no comparison. I cant even eat at those places anymore. Plus, the Layton location is extremely clean. Definately one of my favorite restaurants.
