Ted's Café Escondido - Lawton

Me and my husband went to eat there. He ordered the burrito plate and I ordered the steak fajita plate. His food was good, but my steak fajitas tasted sour. I ordered something else when I told my waitress that it tasted off. The manager came over and hewas really good about it. Overall, we would definitely go back to eat there.

My family and I have been eating at Ted 's for a long time. The food is always delicious, the beer always cold, and the staff is always friendly, from the hostess all the way up to management. This was the first place I took friends form out of town to eatwhen we were visiting Oklahoma. My most recent experience was with an online pickup order in Lawton. When I arrived theemployee let me know that they were making fresh tortillas, and that she was getting the setup ready. She went through all ofthe boxes with me to ensure everything was there. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that but the employee and I didn 'tnoticed that all the sides were missing. I placed a call to the restaurant just to let them know for next time, not expectingthem to do anything about it. Five minutes later I received a phone call from the manager who let me know that they would berefunding a portion of my bill to compensate for the missing items. This was something completely unexpected and honestly notnecessary, since I was partially complicit in forgetting the items. Fortunately for me, it shows how much the team at Ted 's inLawton cares about customer service, and the experience their patrons have with the restaurant.

Yum...just YUM Definitely get the fresh tortillas a shot.

Amazing and tasty! only the delightful and the beautiful smiles of the hostess made my night. that was great. their homemade tortillas and queso will be something I will never stop to long.

Food service were excellent! they had everything they could wish in a Mexican restaurant. I found my new favorite place after I was 10 years away.
