Mcdonald's - Laval

For one lousy coffee 15 minutes wait ,and it's not even busy the place, employees are not competent.

This worker named Edoardo needs a raise for the great service.

Food took too long and all our buns tasted stale. Servers were very friendly and helpful.

I hope the manager sees this comment to know the reason for the long line waiting for the meal. This is because the employees there are playing and throwing bags at each other. I saw one of the employees throwing a bag full of a food to his colleague, and the meal fell to the ground. My daughter waited for the ice cream for about 15 minutes, and we called someone to give her the ice cream that was prepacked, but no one answered. Of course they are busy playing!!!!!!!

I came expecting Scottish food, and was surprised to find out it is a place for burger. I will warn you, there is no haggis to be found here, nor any traditional Scots food.Had the sandwich called an eggamuffin. It was passable, but lord thundering Jesus, that coffee was a new level of hot. Glad I didn't spill any on my nads.Although it appears to be a quick serviceRestaurant, the prices were a bit too high for what I was served.
