Since the beginning of my hike over the Rennsteig on a Sunday morning in Blankenstein, I had given up all hopes on Monday to find some restaurant that opened. Luckily there is the inn Gollo in Lauscha!This is a very special restaurant. Cosy, cosy. A host who deserves this name. Delicious food, good beer, good value for money. Thank you.
