Sonic America's Drive-in - LATHAM

Of the Sonic locations I've been to in NY, this one has been consistently the BEST. Great service, food is cooked really well. Highly recommend!

The drive-thru had a long queue and each stall had a car in it, with others waiting. They got our order wrong and gave me a drink that was basically 100% lime syrup, but the man who fixed our order did so within 1 minute and made the drink himself while he had us listening in on the call box to make sure it was right. All in all, they are obviously understaffed and I think right now it wouldn't be out of line to show a little grace to service staff while we sit in the comfort of our cars.
