Olive Garden Italian - Las Vegas

We were greeted and told a 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a party of 5. we sat in 7, but whose count? our server was vincenzo. he was pleasant, efficient and attentive. my suppen bowl was never empty. eating was good and atmosphere, which I expected for a busy restaurant. the payment system is on the table and was efficient to pay and add a tip. I must give a warning that if they play a game on this console, there is a hidden charge of $2.99 but a good time was from all.

I was so disappointed with my experience here. Last year we picked up our order so that everything was super, the suppening were hot and the pastas too. but this time we decided to dive into my birthday party. the guy who waited for us should find another job that does not interact with people. for the beginning he was very lame. it took him forever to our table to give us our salat and brot, and he even said that there is no more tongs available for the salat. he has not refilled our water as he should, and we were hardly finished with our suppers when he had already begun to serve the escape. he did not give us a teaspoon for our coffee, the liquid creamer for the coffee was in small cups! and whenever he would get our teller, he has actually made us give him our teller! the other server in the tables around us did a great job, were really attentive with their costumers, brought them crowded without being asked. and the pasta served my sister already cold, with her and the supposing of my mother. I think there is a possibility that we were discriminated because we saw Chinese?! lektion learned, we never go back to this two-way!

Felecia offered the best service I have ever in the olive garden and I am far from a newcomer. Extremely helpful, has never let us feel hastily, it always seems to be before us whenever something wanted or needed. from now on this will be my position and everything will be good, we will always be able to the amazing service of woman felicia. I spoke with the manager woman liz before leaving so icould share what a wonderful job woman felecia did, and we had a very pleasant conversation and she showed and also offered great service. I will come back soon thanks to woman felecia and woman liz. I forgot to mention how amazing our food was? that can go on and on. great location again. vegetarian options: plant-based protein would be a good supplement to the menu.

During the midday and had the endless suppe and salate. Chicken gnocchi is really good at a cool autumn day especially with a hot cup tee and icey water with lemon on the side. the food was served within 20 minutes. waiting her personal was really nice and made sure that the suppe and salat come. thanks olive garden. Go there if you are hungry and have time to wait for your meal. Our server Joe was the nicest! We came on a Saturday afternoon for dinner. Place was busy. Salad and soup were served right away but our main entrees took a long time. Overall okay experience. I would have given higher rating if the food had come sooner.
