Blake's Lotaburger - Las Vegas

The staff was friendly the food was good. I called ahead 15 minutes from restaurant and still waited 45 minutes. Not going back as the last 1 times there we waited over 30 minutes for food.

0nce again ordered online, over an hour wait. Missing items, employees standing around doing nothing. Cashier throwing people's food on counter... I could keep going, I'm sure there's better service but you won't get it here. Next time I'll just get a refund what a joke... Everybody's order was wrong, during the hour and 15 minutes we were there we received our order 3x and it was wrong( 4 burgers).One customer before that and two after us, had to take their order back. Not worth it, to expensive.

8/31/24 I LOVE Lota Burger but today was the single WORST experience I've ever, ever, ever, had!!!!! The staff was surly and untrained...start with the young lady at register who didn't know how to charge and didn't seem to care if we asked about changes. There were no straws in the drink area, the ice was piled up in the machine. When the food finally arrived it was COLD and unappetizing. The bun was hard like it had been put in the microwave. There was no cheese on one burger when there should have been and no double meat on either burgee when there should have been. We ordered the green chili on the side but the hamburger came without it. In order to get straws I approached the counter and the entire staff saw me and didn't move to help me. The dinning room was filthy and packets of ketchup littered the tables. DON'T eat here EVER!!!

This is how long it took with 7 workers in the kitchen to get a burger and fries. And the place wasn't all that busy. I could sit down at a nice restaurant and get my food within 15 minutes lol.

Every time I go, the order is messed up! They missed half my items.
