Tender Steakhouse Lounge

First time trying out Tender. We thought the ambiance felt classic old-school Vegas, but you can dress casually. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food came out really fast (almost unusually fast), and water topped off frequently. The four star rating was mostly the steaks. While premium priced, I tried the coffee rubbed New York steak. I did pick up a hint of coffee (mostly in the butter), but the steak just lacked seasoning. The prime rib (a special offering on Sundays) wasn't a medium rare as ordered, also seemed unseasoned, and seemed dry as no Au Jus was served with it. The baked potato was good and can be shared by two. We had a nice time overall and may have just been an off night with the beef.

Years ago, I was playing a slot machine just outside of this restaurant and told myself, One day, you should eat here . Well, it finally happened. Needless to say, my wife and I were not disappointed. First of all, the food, service, and atmosphere were all more like 4.5 stars. I had the ribeye steak and my wife had the coffee rubbed New York steak. Both were excellent. Both were prepared to our liking. The crab cakes were very good as well as our wild mushrooms and onions and lobster mac and cheese sides. Unfortunately, we didn 't have room for dessert, but all in all, a very satisfying meal. Service was on point, although, for life of me, I can 't remember our server 's name. What I do remember is that he was very personable and attentive. As far as atmosphere, it had a definite steak house vibe. I like the fact that it was well lit. I felt very comfortable there. Definitely give TENDER a shot. Definitely

I was a little bit concerned about reviews but restaurant was very good. Reservations are strongly recommended. We ordered strawberry mojito. Very tasty. Blt salad was huge and very fulfilling. burrata was very tasty. We got filet mignon and New York steak for main entry. Both were good, tender and juicy. Loaded mashed potato was good and portion was big. The only thing I didn’t care much was risotto. It was just ok. For desert we got mango sorbet- huge portion you can easily share. Our server Manuel was very good, attentive and gave great recommendations on the food. Will definitely come back! Price: drinks were $15+, appetizers $15-18, steaks $65 and up.

We had our first dining experience here last night and it was wonderful. We dressed casual, which was nice for us, to not have to dress up. The service was phenomenal and our waiter, Thom, was so friendly, attentive, and just plain awesome . He was absolutely stellar and very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Best lobster mac and cheese I've had, asparagus was cooked well, and the steaks and salmon were perfect. This is our new favorite steak house in Vegas and we will be back!

Had my husband's birthday dinner here and he was so happy. Said it was the best filet minon he'd ever had. Service was amazing and even had the chef come say hello. Great night.
