Bidrage med feedbackOk room, but AC didn't work in our first room so had to move and the walls are thin and often full of children in a single room, and the pool area was pretty, but the pool was often unusable as the noise level of the children screaming was so bad even earplugs were useless. You need to monitor noise levels. Football also play in the pool every day. Sad. No good place for relaxing couples.
Our District Rotary Training for Presidents-Elect took place this year in this beautiful hotel. More than 70 participants participated. As an event manager, I worked closely with the hotel staff and found everyone friendly, available and extremely helpful. The staff also looked after the special needs of our guests. The food was good and the help with the room was excellent. Thanks to hotel staff everything went smoothly and I received numerous enthusiastic comments from our participants! I will definitely be back!
Excellent service. the restaurant was closed when we were here. if she went with the manager over the disappointment of no breakfast options beyond and beyond is donuts and coffee. this type of care and service is hard to find in these days! the rooms are very beautiful and spacious. great curse in the desert. room: 5/5
Overall: this is decent hotel. Not amazing. It’s the little inconveniences. You can make something look fabulous, but overlooking the little things would make me choose the regular chain hotels next time.First of all, for the price, I had higher expectations. We stayed in a suite with our daughter, and after being in the car for 5+hrs, we arrived a little after 4, but our room still wasn’t ready. It was not ready until almost 5. Now I can be patient, but it’s a little harder with a 2yr old that’s overtired from traveling, and if you state check in is 4, it should be ready. Meanwhile, we were told we could use the pool while we waited. So we headed to the pool bathrooms with our luggage changed, only to realize that we couldn’t get into the pool gate without a room key (which I had assumed, but they said we could use it so… . Further, I’m not sure about all the rooms, but the suite room did not have a microwave or fridge. Seems like that should be a standard thing in an expensive room. The restaurant is trying to be too fancy overpriced. The food was ok at best we had the Spanish pasta, fish tacos, and Spanish flatbread. Each item was $20. It just lacked flavor; and there is not a kids menu nor did the waitress even ask if our daughter would like anything to drink or bring her a plate when the “shareable” food came out. I’ll say that drinks were actually great had a great margarita that was not made from a mix. The hotel pool is great as well the ambiance outside it being heated was very nice. Finally, our keys stopped working the 2nd day. It’s just the little inconveniences that add up!
I loved this hotel. It's so beautiful and relaxing. I can't wait to go back. I was on the seventh floor in an executive room. I travelled by myself and I felt safe at the hotel. The location is so convenient to the mall, Target, restaurants, etc. One downside was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room. The other issue I had was that I think the Cantina restaurant was short staffed because there were empty tables full of dirty dishes. There are plenty of great restaurants in Las Cruces so I didn't go hungry.
