Dionyssos - Larnaca

We took the fish mezze the food was pretty tasty. But there was definitely a lot for two. The owner proposed us a take away which was much appreciated.

Great sea bream, salmon and side dish. Also, complimentary bread with olive spread as a starter and a speciall drink at the end were delicious too.

Fish meze. We heard that this is a good joint and we asked for the fish meze (vegan and seafood appetizers, grilled and fried fish and seafood). We sat for a table for two but then the owner asked us to sit to a bigger table. We needed that first he brought a few plates of appetizers then the plates kept coming. They serve fish meze for two persons minimum so if you're a solo traveller, find some company for yourself. It was plenty and the food was delicious as well. I'm not a seafood expert but all looked tasted fresh. The wine of the house was also good. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and credit cards are accepted.

If you are first time in Larnaka and want find good traditional fish taverna, this is a good choice, BUT you must understand that cypress have own rules and they don't explain to much. First So, if you want enjoy fully the dishes, you must be careful with menu and do not order dishes for two person (they have also such options) Second they are very open to the your requests, so you must explain that you want prepare your salad by yourself, otherwise they put salt oil and vinegar by his own preferences. You must order simple dishes, not plates with mixed salad with rice and fried potatoes and meat and.... Is not ok. If you explain properly what you want, they serve you very good.

Beautiful. meal times are very good and fresh. sea bass was beautiful and heavy fish very tasty. location is popular and sometimes busy, but the experience is great!
