I really think these are the best scenes I've ever had! must be here in rye! many marmelade and saw gave relaxed atmosphere with great staff. so reasonable price had also a sausage sandwich on fresh white brot defoamer going for a quick bite.

Wonderful cafe, lovely and snug on a winters day. Fantastic prices and good service even though the staff were clearly busy. Enjoyed lunch, drinks and more drinks for a 3 hour reading stint until the storm passed! Will definitely be back.

Partner had the best cream tea that he had to go back again the next day. Gorgeous decor. Amazing book collection. Only one vegan sweet option when I went in (date loaf) but it was divine that I bought it to take away the following day.

Went for a pretty standard scrambled eggs and granary (with sausage on the side and it was absolutely delicious can’t believe how massive the portions are here too for the prices (I think it’s something like £2.70 for this food without the sausage on the side, which is amazing value! . Coffee and tea is excellent, and I will definitely be back to give the incredible selection of cakes and pastries a go as they look unbelievable.

Great little coffee shop in Rye high street on corner plot. Three rooms so bigger than it looks. More traditional style more than today's trendy places. Prices for coffee and cakes very reasonable, quality excellent. In world of rip off cafes this place is a gem. Friendly service from very young but efficient staff. Recommended.
