Toujours Mikes - L'Ancienne-Lorette

Got here at 7:00pm. Just got our food at 8:38 pm. Took forever for the waitress to acknowledge our table. Took forever for appetizers to arrive. Took forever for food to come out after that. Food didn't come out together. Food was undercooked for some, cold for others, forgotten completely for one member of our group. His food ended up coming out 30 minutes after the first food was placed on the table and everyone had already eaten. Food was palpable but the service was absolutely terrible. If you love long waits, terrible service, and sub par food this is your spot.

We had an orrible experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and then another 20 for our friends food. Some plates were cold and boarder-line uncooked. The lighting was mediocre at best, I could barely see my food, although I must admit, my eyes aren't the best. I would say you could probably get a better meal experience at any cushtard around the area. Dear mikes, try harder.

Untimely. Terrible service. Don't go here. After placing our orders it took over an hour for our group just to get the first appetizer. It was nearly two hours before the last person had his meal. The cook forgot to make one of the meals and the waitress didn't tell us until we asked about it after a second pizza was returned to the table after being sent back to the kitchen for being undercooked. Even after clearing the plates we had to wait too long to pay.
