Wendy's - Lancaster

Worst experience ever. Asked for extra extra honey mustard. I went to pick it up and said that again. She gets home and no honey mustard, not even one. Screw it, I'll use junk ketchup from the fridge but the only reason I picked Wendy's was half because of the honey mustard. Now eating the nuggets they're rock hard and cold. Garbage meal, garbage service and can't even do their jobs. I will never get food from this Wendy's again Food: 1

My husband and I stopped on our way home from our overnight in Lancaster. It was 1:00pm Sunday. French fries were cold and stale. My husbands hamburgers were lukewarm as well . Very disappointed . Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

We were the only customers at the time. Ordered 2 Wendy's deluxe burgers, one was a meal and one just the sandwich. We also requested the fries have no salt. I removed everything from the bag, our burgers were cold, the fries appeared and tasted like they had been dunked back into the oil to rinse the salt off of them They were barely warm and still had salt on them. Will never eat at this Wendy's again. Service: Take out
