Tokyo Steak - Lancaster

Small sushi area, good teppan (Benihana style) cooking area. Good lunch, and the chefs seem to be as interesting as they are at dinner – a certain plus. Teppan was tasty and the performance was lovely every time we left. Sushi was a bit laborious, with a limited selection and very average quality. Some of the fish lubricated a little harder than I expected. The short answer: Go for the teppan and you will probably really enjoy this place.

The guests will dinate on a table of no more than eight, as their personal cook maintains them with “Benihana” style Japanese cuisine. Entries include Shrimp, Steak, Chicken, Lobster, Filet Minon, cooked to order with Teriaki sauce, if desired. Miso Soup and salad with peanut sauce starts this meal right. You can order from the sushi bar and have a cocktail if you want.
