Giovanni's Italian - Lampasas

I used to eat at Giovanni's at least once a week. No more. After the redecoration, the portions of food got smaller and smaller while the prices went up. The chicken dinner features one small piece of flattened chicken. The Pasta Sampler is now smaller than the palm of my hand. The rolls are shrinking. They should have saved the money they wasted on the redecoration and used it to fill their customer's plates. My family and I will go to Bela Sera in Cove Or Marble Falls. It beats Giovanni's hands down in service, taste, and portion sizes. Well worth the drive. Giovanni's is off my list of places to eat.

My husband and I eat here from time to time.Love the food, and the service is great. Always a smile and always so helpful! It is a small Italian restaurant for Lampasas. And not too far from where we live here.

Finally got through Lampasas (and not on a Monday) to make a stop for some fine food. Wish you weren't 100+ miles away. Charly recommended the Lemon/Garlic dressing for our salads EXCELLENT choice. Until the next time.
