Juan carlos just went over and beyond after my man left his pass and his vaccination card in a taxi. after many phone calls he felt it down and delivered it here in the hotel. all the workers we met were great. the room is also beautiful and clean and we even had chocolate for us left this is also our second trip here before they travel further to perú. we'll be back and hopefully my man remembers his pass next time.

The room is great, the service is very good. the personal looks like it really important to them, especially victor at the door, he was very helpful and nice. I enjoyed my time here. it's just that they should improve the whip. the frejoles were great.

As a five-star hotel, it disappoints in all areas. the hotel is old, they need a shipping company or at least painting. room was comfortable but not very large. they lie next to the bed, bathroom with tube wc and bidet. clean. bed very comfortable. It is disappointing that there is no water cooker to make a tee or coffee in the room. they can find it everywhere. the breakfast buffet has a nice, but has many hot dishes including suppe. excellent fresh juices except on Saturday when they were diluted they are also patient with hot drinks: they are served only by the waiter. he is hard to find until they have to sign the acknowledgement, where they put the top the workers are very polite and understand English. hotel location is good only to see the historic part of the city. not a great neighbor. a large footplace with American food chains nereby. on the search for better places to eat or drink choose miraflores district, where is more living.
