Green burrito/ Carls jr - Lakewood

The chicken stars and a drink ordered. had to go back because my star white liquid oozed. I tried to show the cash register and she said it was that huh, but it wasn't. somehow it looked like a white substance ranch or maybe it was old meat. dr. pepper was flat. no taste at all. I'll never be back.

I like to go to this place when I have the free time, but lately I have problems with the administration here. the manager teresita was incredibly unprofessional for the last few paintings I went to carls jr. not only was she in her pyjama, she allowed her (what I suspect) to run around in the back of the register and scream and act unruly. I understand that a parent is hard, but I saw how the men's orders were played with the unattended children around. she has a terrible attitude. I asked her politely to repair a order of me that lacked a few items and she rolled her eyes and went back for about 10 minutes when I know that adding missing fries to a job does not last that long. I also saw her screaming and threatening by employees. I understand that the personal is held in the line, but creating a scene is not necessary.

Was not even here, ordered a chicken sandwich that was mostly broth. rather expensive rolls. disappoint. my son ordered a burger, he said it was pretty good.

I've always liked the burgers at Carl's, and I usually hit the drive-thru. But yesterday I went inside and I was surprised at how extremely clean it was. And the staff were very friendly. Thumbs up!

I would stay clear of any beverages that contain ice. I had a medium coke with ice today and could taste mold in the beverage. The ice machine clearly needs to be cleaned out. I’ve been sick Since I ate at this Carl’s Jr. location today.
