Bidrage med feedbackIt started off as a good experience... I ordered and the young lady was very pleasant, when I got to the window she asked if I needed any sauce I answered with Yes please! Just Arby 's sauce. She had it in her hand asked if it was enough packets, I said sure. She asked me to pull forward and she would bring me my food. When I got it there was no sauce. Tried to call, twice in fact with no answer, so I didn 't have to get back in line behind the 3 cars. Finally got my sauce 12 min later.Then I got homewent to go eat my sandwich and a 3rd of the meat was dark brown hard, dry, and inedible. Seriously, absolutely disgusted. What has happened to quality?
I ordered 2 roast beef 1/2pound meals and got 2 regular roast beef meals! Called to complain and get resolved and they don't answer their phones. Check and double check your orders or they will scam you too!
My order was not what I paid! I paid extra for cheese, salad tomatoes x 2. I have 1w/cheese, salattomatin, but the other had only tomato! the last 3xs I went, which is usually at least 2-3xs per month. this has happened! plus my folds were cold, hard tasted like old fat! very disappointed. more seriously about never going back again think! if our family at (up to 30-50 visit) just not right! what was the frustration?
Never a changing taste or memory. arby always has and will always remember my father. yes, we take two classic bark and cheddar meal times please both with a Coca-Cola and a potato cake. Wait a minute, you don't have the tasty potato cake anymore, so please take two curly pommes!
Slowest drive-thru EVER. Average food quality. And I got a box full of fry crumbs, so that was nice.
