My family has been going to this facility since the 80s. We also have a lot of experience in gastronomy, and the customer experience ALWAYS begins with the one that runs the joint. Now, while the food and the furnishings are still amazing for us, the OWNER leaves much to be desired (PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE). I'm sorry. Customer service is the only reason we will not be back, but especially the owner.

We had lunch the other day and everything was good. We share a club house sandwich and it was great. Our server was Claire and she did a wonderful job to take care of us.
