Tapatios Mexican Retaurant. I was a regular there for 16 years. But after covid, it seems like they lost sensitivity in their pallet. Because the food does not taste anything close to what it used to taste before. On top of that, they cut portions by about 50 percent and raised prices by about 30 percent. They lost a loyal customer that used to refer them to everyone I met.

The reason for my low rating is simply. Because i'm having my lunch and I get a refill of coke and i'm charged 3.75$ for my 1st coke and 2$ for a refill! Absolutely ridiculous! I could have missed it on the menu. But I didn't see that they charged you for a refill and they give you a small glass. So you're going to need a refill! It's already too expensive to eat out but to charge 6$ for 2 small drinks is disgusting

Ambiance, Service, Food options and Taste everything was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Was not impressed...first time visiting.Our server was good, food was awful. I was disappointed. The pick two combo with the taco and the enchilada is what I ordered and I must say the chicken was very bland and dry, the taco meat tasted odd. Server did ask if everything was ok, I told him I did not like it. He did however try to make it right by exchanging it out to traditional tacos, again very dry and bland for a second time. My husband commented that they were probably cussing me out in Spanish. When I looked over they were all standing at the bar giving me the evil eye for sure and chattering. I actually came here for the reviews, plus we love Mexican food! Maybe work on having your servers cuss me out...out of view of the customers. Add some seasonings to that chicken and rice.
