Pdq Chicken - Lakeland

Chicken was so dry you couldn't eat it ... just not impressed enough to come back... zucchini fried too much they were so greesy... don't like giving bad reviews but not good food Kid-friendliness: Saw others with kids the cashier was really sweet to them...

Coca-Cola drinks were flat and I had to guess what type of chicken sandwich I got by tasting them since they had no markings on them to help with that....the size of the large fry compared to the price is a joke.

Went to PDQ this Saturday night at about 8:50 PM. They said they needed to grill some more grilled chicken tenders and had us pull over and wait. When they brought our food out, my husband‘s grilled chicken tenders were warm mine were cold. My husband had to go back into the store and let them know and they gave us some more that we’re hot. We also ordered macaroni and cheese when we opened it up, it was cold both of ours. We spent $29 at PDQ and it is definitely not worth $29 when you have to go into the restaurant to get your food, correct I have been to.

Scam cups! Milkshake 14 oz. cup is only filled up 8 oz. They get EXTRA WIDE at the TOP so they can trick you, I told them its too small but they insisted its a 14 oz. cup, technically true its a 14 oz. cup but I think this is a scam. See my picture where they fill it to, the 8 oz. line. I did measure this out, the 12 oz. cup in my picture (from the grocery store), is actually a 14 oz. cup, and stopping short of the top you get 12 oz. drink. PDQ can stop short of the top and not deliver 4-6 oz. This is technically nothing to do with this location just the franchise, but they're the location I bought from.
