McDonald's - Lakefield

My family and I used the drive through to get lunch. We ordered chicken nugget meals, and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce. Upon getting our order we noticed we only had 1 sweet and sour sauce, despite having three meals. We asked for...more and were told it was in the bag, we again asked for more. The girl doing the drive through asked to see our bag, looked inside and told us it was in the bag but it was only one and she refused to give us more, she really argued with us about it. Also our fries were only half full and we weren’t given any straws. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:50am and found that the drive-through was moving slowly. I was next in line to order at about 11:00 when the staff came out and changed the menu signs before I could order. I tried to order breakfast but was informed that they were now serving from the day menu. Despite explaining the situation and the delay being caused by them, I was not able to get breakfast. When I finally reached the window to pay for food I didn't really want, a male employee was there instead of the female order taker. It seemed like they were concerned about my reaction to the situation. The service was disappointing and frustrating, and it felt like they were just following robotic policies. If I want breakfast from McDonald's in the future, I have two options: go somewhere else or arrive at least half an hour before 11:00am. Other customers were honking their horns in an attempt to move the line faster, so it was clear that they were aware of the slow service.

I waited for the ride for 6 minutes before I was acknowledged, paid for my food and they asked me to move on and I waited for another 15 minutes... when the manager brought me my order that it was missing the drink. How... can it happen at a slow Sunday night at 7:00? I will not return to this place and will certainly share this experience. Shame on you Ethan!!

I and my family were waiting for the ride with two other cars. We need to call up and the participants working sound very rude and said they were where closed still the site said 11, you need better staff and attention.
